Last week I introduced KISS – Keep It Simple Sunday. This is the series where I will be giving us a challenge for the week – one small step we can take that will help simplify our week and our lives.
Our challenge last week was to Write it Down, to plan out our week in the various areas in which we have responsibilities.
How did you do?
Did you write down your plan? Did you accomplish the items you needed to?
I hope it was a success for you. I was able to check many things off my list and I had better focus for my week. I call that a success.
This week, we will be focusing on a different area – Healthy Living. So if you’re ready, here is this week’s challenge:
Drive slow. There are many stressed-out, frustrated people rushing through traffic, weaving in and out, and honking at anyone who threatens to slow them down. They raise their blood pressure, make others angry and put lives at risk in the process.
This does not have to be you.
Make a commitment to drive slowly this week. Enjoy the ride. Notice the beauty around you. Give yourself extra time to make it to your destination. This will not only help you to become incredibly more peacful, but it’s safer, and better for your fuel bill.
Will you take this week’s challenge?
I hope so. I’ll check in with you next week.
